This year’s Tree & Shrub Growers display was all about upcycling. The catch phrase ‘Reduce, Re-use, Upcycle’ was the main theme and inspiration for the design, put together by Terry Meehan from Seasons Landscape and Steve Day from Parks Wide – City of Whitehorse.
